Women make up almost half the workforce, however from the very first broken rung up we become less visible. After hearing all the tropes, Nat decided to do something about it. Before launching her startup, Powrsuit, she spent 6 months researching the gender leadership gap to find out why it really still persists. From career breaks to confidence, and everything in between, she’s uncovered the truth behind the myths we’ve been told – as well as some simple actions that enable us all to take control of our careers.

Natalie Ferguson Co-founder, Powrsuit
Nat caught the entrepreneurial bug at university, and at 19, she embarked on her first venture. With two decades of experience under her belt, Nat has navigated almost every high and low of entrepreneurship, from successful exits to painful failures and everything in between.
