CUSTOMER LOVE: KEEPING CUSTOMERS
One of my favourite sayings is “the profit’s in your pathway”, but what the heck does that mean? It means – your business is most profitable when you have a customer-centric business and place attention on keeping your customers happy. Why?
For two main reasons – 1) It’s easier to sell again to an existing client, than it is to go out and find a new one 2) a happy client will tell their friends and family about your business, and do your marketing for you!
In this workshop, I’ll teach you how to design a simple but effective customer nurture system designed to keep your customers happy, and your profits high.
